Shipping
When can I expect my package?
- We hand pack every Emyvale order and aim to have yours shipped out within 2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- We ship through UPS and USPS and offer a variety of shipping options at checkout, depending upon your location. We ship orders out within 2 business days from when the order is placed and transit times depend upon the shipping option chosen at checkout. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
- When our free standard shipping option is offered and chosen at checkout, those orders are shipped via UPS Ground, which is estimated to arrive within 1-5 business days, depending upon your location and subject to carrier delays.

How can I track my order?
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has shipped along with tracking information.
Do you ship outside of the US?
- Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States. If you are interested in placing an order to be delivered outside of the U.S., however, please contact us at support@emyvalegolf.com, and we will see what we can do.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
- We want every Emyvale Golf customer to be satisfied with their purchase and have a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed policy. We will happily accept returns within 30 days of purchase that meet our return standards.

Are there return costs?
- No, we will provide a free return label at no cost to you provided that you are returning your item within the 30 day return window.
How can I make an exchange?
- If you would like to make an exchange, please email support@emyvalegolf.com. Please include your name, order number, and the item you are returning and what item you want in exchange.

What fabrics do you use for your products?
- Our products are made of a 4-way stretch performance fabric that is eco-sustainable, breathable, sweat-wicking, and SPF 40+ with 4-way stretch.
What does the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 label mean?
- We are very proud that our fabrics have the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 label. This label ensures that every component of the fabric we use has been tested and determined to be harmless for human health.
