At Emyvale Golf, we have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy and offer free return shipping on all eligible returns and exchanges in the United States within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in recognizable condition without severe damage and must meet the conditions below. Your refund of the original purchase price will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

Please note - we cannot accept a return (even within 30 days of purchase) in certain situations, including, but not limited to: 

  • Products that are in an unrecognizable state or at the end of their intended lifespan.
  • Items damaged by misuse, alterations or accidents
  • Items listed as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Instances of abuse of the Emyvale Golf Return Policy
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers (please return your item directly to that retailer)

The acceptance of a return is determined at the sole discretion of Emyvale Golf.

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your returned items letting you know if your return was accepted. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember that it can take additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once it is received and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items. Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size and are located within the United States, please email us at with your order number and item that you would like to receive in exchange for what you ordered. We will send you a free return label and will ship out the item requested as soon as the return package is received.

We apologize, but we cannot process exchanges outside of the United States at this time. Please email if you’d like to initiate a return instead. Returns outside of the United States will be refunded the cost of the item minus the cost of return shipping.
