Shipping policy

Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered during business days. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. It is important to note that any orders placed after 12:00 pm EST will begin processing the following business day.  

Processing means that your order is being packed and prepared by our team. Once processing is complete, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Your tracking details will be updated within 1-2 business days.  

The shipping method timeline is inclusive of processing and in transit days. This will be the complete timeframe from when you place your order to when it’s received.

**Expedited shipping options are not available for Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands) 

***Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST should add 1 business day to the expected arrival day shown above.
